New
A long-awaited update has been released, significantly improving the workflow for administrators who offer members a peer to peer partnership. Alongside a host of other improvements, this update enables admins to utilise a native peer to peer scheme type, both in new schemes and existing by converting a given scheme.
For more information, have a watch of our video on peer to peer schemes.
Improved
Lots of visual tweaks and fixes for alignment, wording, clarity.
Code quality improvements, backend improvements to process and bug triage.
Creating scheme emails now provides accurate error reporting for fields.
Member portal sidebar now scrolls if member is enrolled in many schemes.
The popup for sending bulk emails now shows a recipient count.
Fixed
Fixed bug that meant that adding a scheme coordinator would always fail due to lack of schemes (even if schemes were selected).
Fixed bug with members datascreen, where the partnership count columns would cause the table to crash when filtering.
Fixed issue with dates not being parsed properly in the member's datascreen.
New
We're happy to release our chat feature for members. Members can now chat with their partners, share files and add goals all within the chat panel.
They'll also receive emails if they miss any messages.
They can also block a partner and report any untoward behaviour to the scheme admins.
Chat messages can be downloaded for reference once the partnership has come to an end.
We've also upgraded the member's datascreen, adding in a process which allows for admins to bulk tag members and manage the tags through an easy to use popup.
You can now add a whitelist of domains for the signup process. If an email address doesn't have the correct domain, the user is informed and asked to use an address in the specified domain/s.
Improved
Some email templates had rogues characters; these are now cleaner.
Date formatting is more consistent across the platform.
Fixed
More date fixes to ensure consistency across the platform when viewing dates as well as creating scheduled events.
An issue in chat meant that some members weren't seeing the interface update when messages were sent.
New
"Rejoin" button now shows on member profiles, allowing admins to rejoin them to the scheme after they have been withdrawn.
Improved
Nothing this time, but keep your eyes peeled!
Fixed
Dates are now in correct timezone and formatted correctly. This includes meeting dates and calendar invites.
The Partnerships datascreen had a filtering bug which is now fixed.
Email status indicators displayed wrong text, this now matches the status.
Admins can now properly view the schemes that a member is enrolled in (visible only to admins with an appropriate level of access).
Terminated partnership dates now show correctly instead of epoch date (01-01-1970).
Another group of features, updates, and fixes!
We'd love to get some feedback. Reach out via Intercom and let us know what you think, or if there's anything you'd like us to consider for future releases.
New
Mentors can now have a partnership limit set and depending on scheme settings, can override to change it. This process sets a limit for the number of partnerships that a mentor can have.
Reminders created from member or partnership profiles now link back to the profile when viewed from the dash or the schedule.
Improved
Reminders on the dash now show further ahead, rather than the week limit before.
Tags now show in reports, both in preview and downloaded files allowing for easier reporting.
Fixed
Scheduled events weren't showing with the correct date (daylight savings was being applied). This is now resolved.
When removing data from SUMAC, some metadata remained. This is now removed.
The member's datascreen had a colour/message mismatched for Availability. This now shows correctly.
Filtering by status on the partnership's datascreen caused the table to hang. This now works.
